You can delete your NeetVictory account and the data we hold about you at any time. There are two ways.
1. In the app or the web app
1. Open NeetVictory on your phone, or go to neetvictory.in/app in your browser. 2. Sign in with the mobile number on the account. 3. Open You → Profile → Delete account. 4. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE, and confirm.
The account is deleted straight away.
2. By email
If you cannot sign in, write to neetvictory@outlook.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number on the account. We will confirm that it is you by contacting that number, then delete the account and reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, school, city and your parent or guardian's details.
- Your practice progress, bookmarks and every exam you have sat.
- Your place on the All-India rank lists.
- Your Pro access, if you have it. No refund is given for the time left.
- Your sign-in.
What we keep
If you ever paid, we keep a record that the payment was made: the plan, amount, payment id and receipt number. The law makes us keep payment records. It has no name, mobile number or email on it, so it cannot be tied back to you.
Good to know
- Practice stored on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions.
- Deleting your account cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same number, but you will start fresh.
